There’s something called the effort driven reward cycle in our brain and literally our hands trigger feel good chemicals.

We are literally wired to move our hands, doing something productive, not pushing buttons or tapping the remote.

But doing, making, creating, give us feel good chemicals, which I think we’re often missing when everything is just a tap or the push of a button.
