DIY Peppermint Sugar Scrub
Use this gentle sugar scrub a few times a week to remove dirt, oil, and impurities while polishing dead skin away. Your skin will look more refined and feel softer and smoother after just one use!

- 2 C Cane Sugar
- 1/4 C Coconut Oil
- 5-10 drops Peppermint essential oil more or less to your liking
Add coconut oil to a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
Mix in the desired amount of peppermint oil.
Add sugar and mix well. Your mixture should be grainy.
To use, wet skin and gently massage sugar scrub into skin, concentrating on rough areas such as the knees, elbows or heels (or anywhere you desire smooth supple skin). Allow to sit for a few minutes then rinse with warm water. You may wash skin if desired. Gently pat skin to dry.
For a more abbrasive scrub try using brown sugar.
