I have a thing for St. Patrick’s Day crafts and decorating, not that I’m Irish (my hubby has Irish heritage) which means does Steph too. The real reason is that it’s my birthday too! Don’t you just love this St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Wreath!  I would love to share how to make this inexpensive and quick Irish decor.
