Breaking away from the traditional wreath hanging on the front door, we’ve filled a thrift store basket with faux flowers in a vibrant coral color that really pops off the front door!

Then we simply printed the small “Hello Spring” banner printable and tied it onto the basket for the final touch!

Print, Cut & Display Spring Banner

Cut out banner with scissors or paper trimmer.

Simply print your spring banner on cardstock. We had ours printed at our local print shop.

It’s more durable than a basic paper weight, yet it’s still easily cut with a pair of scissors or paper trimmer.

Cut out your banner.

With a small paper punch, punch 2 holes on each piece.

Then string your banner together with jute.

Mantle Spring Banner

If you’re printing the large spring banner, use a heavier weight jute to string together or tie each banner section to a garland.

Similar to the small “Hello Spring” banner printable, you can create this larger scale banner using jute or ribbon.

To keep things simple and the cost low, we like to use items we already have on hand.

These pennants have been tied onto an existing wooden bead garland. Quick. Easy and darling!

To help the banner feel properly weighted, we made these large tassels out of the extra jute. It adds the right amount of balance to this inexpensive decor!
